Charm Workshop at Ahana Yoga

On Saturday, March 12th, 2022, Beyond Grey hosted a phone charm charm workshop for the Winter Yoga Teacher Trainers at Ahana Yoga. This workshop brought the class together by sharing what beads they chose, playing around with different lengths, and designs that match their unique styles. Therapists have found that community building is successful when there's an activity involved where you're active at being creative at the same time.
